The CEE Artist in Residence scheme provides an artist the opportunity to develop their skills, build on their creative practice, exhibit new work, engage with our energy research and become part of a community of scholars in ways that are inviting and out-of-the-ordinary.
The purpose of this Residency is to produce new work to engage with and in response to the questions, findings, theories, methods, collaborations or other dimensions of our research. By making interdisciplinary connections between art and energy research, the artwork can inspire and challenge both scholars and visitors.
The Centre for Energy Ethics Artist-in-Residence scheme is supported by our wonderful donors whose generous contributions match external funding from institutions such as Creative Scotland.
