Our colleagues over at the Scottish Research Alliance for Energy, Homes and Livelihoods have opened up expressions of interest to attend their upcoming event in Cumnock East Ayrshire.

The Scottish Research Alliance for Energy, Homes and Livelihoods are hosting a two-day residential event in Cumnock, East Ayrshire, bringing together academics from a variety of disciplines and local stakeholders to explore cross-sector research opportunities to support projects within the town of Cumnock, aligning with East Ayrshire Councils ambitious goals to decarbonise social housing and other challenging sites. The event will foster focused collaboration, with professional grant writers on hand to support the development of research proposals. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful research and support local communities’ transition to low-carbon energy!

To ensure a balanced representation of the diverse disciplines required for low carbon energy solutions (e.g., engineering, social science, health) and to accommodate the geographical diversity of attendees, this event is by invitation only. However, a limited number of spots may become available as the event date approaches. While registration of interest does not guarantee a place at the event, interested parties should register so that if spaces are available, the event organisers can contact you. Additionally, by registering your interest, you will be considered for future EHL events.
