The Centre for Energy Ethics is thrilled to be able to welcome grant writer Gwenaelle Joubert to our team. The first specialist grant writer to be employed at the University of St Andrews, Gwen will provide proactive and hands-on leadership in grant writing for collaborative research projects carried out by CEE Members. As such, Gwen will play a key role in fostering the Centre’s ability to continue its impactful work on energy, climate change and sustainability.

On her appointment, Gwenaelle said, “I’m really excited about the opportunity to help secure funding that supports the Centre for Energy Ethics’ work, especially as I will be getting a first-hand insight into the huge range of work and research taking place across the multiple disciplines which the CEE straddles. I love the challenge of taking big ideas and turning them into strong, fundable proposals, and I’m looking forward to working closely with the Centre’s team to make that happen.”
Gwen begins in her role on February 24 2025 and we will be looking to quickly establish a process for our members to procure her assistance on their grant applications. In the meantime, please reach out to Centre Manager Iain Brocklebank via email ([email protected]) for any additional information and updates.
