The Department for Environmental Food and Rural Affairs are seeking views on how the Marine Recovery Fund (MRF) will function. We will use the responses to this consultation to finalise the design of the MRF.

DEFRA want to know what you think about the proposed Marine Recovery Fund (MRF), including:
- the application process
- the costs and charges
- how it will deliver compensatory measures
The MRF will deliver industry-funded, strategic measures to compensate for adverse effects of offshore wind developments on marine protected areas. This will support the Clean Power Mission.
