Biography

I am a practice led PhD researcher at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and design living in Perth, Scotland. My supervisors are between Dundee University and University of St. Andrews bringing the schools of fine art, philosophy and social anthropology together.

My research proposal explores the vitality and potency of matter to positively transform attitudes of human centricism making work which engages with ecophilosophy, social anthropology and environmental issues. I am collaborating with the waste eco park Binn Group, Perth and Kinross where I can be found regularly working with discarded objects and waste. I teach part time at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design and I work in my studio at Perth Creative Exchange.
