Biography

Claire Haigh MA Oxon, FRSA, FCILT is Founder & CEO of Greener Vision. She chairs the Delivery & Impacts Independent Review Panel for the Government’s Joint Air Quality Unit (DfT/Defra) and is Executive Director of the Transport Knowledge Hub. Greener Vision is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to encouraging the switch to a greener future.

Claire is an artist motivated by a desire for positive change. “If we want to change behaviours, we need to change the premises which led to them”. The Tabula Project aims to provide a new perspective on the mind. She has had five solo exhibitions in central London and exhibited The Tabula Project 2025 in St Andrews. Her work has been bought by private and corporate collectors, and she has completed many notable portrait commissions including actor and director Laurence Olivier, Transport Minister Sir Peter Hendy and former Mayor of London Ken Livingston.

Claire was formerly Chief Executive of sustainable transport organisation Greener Journeys (2009-2020). Previous roles also include Managing Director of Zemo Partnership (2024-25), Vice-Chair of Zemo Partnership (2020-23), Board Member of Zemo Partnership (2013-2023) and Board Member of Transport for Greater Manchester (2012-14).
