The St Andrews Network for Climate, Energy, Environment and Sustainability(StA-CEES) is a new interdisciplinary initiative at St Andrews designed to drive impact and visibility in our environmental research. Launched by the University’s Environmental Sustainability Board, this network’s vision is to build ambitious, lasting research capabilities that position the University at the centre of international conversations on climate change, energy research and environmental sustainability.

The network will launch in early 2021 and we are recruiting a highly-motivated and entrepreneurial individual, with a passion for environmental sustainability research, to lead this exciting new project. This leadership role – initially funded through the Scottish Funding Council – is available from 4 January to 31 July 2021 with the possibility of extension dependent on performance and funding. We are seeking to recruit internally for this position and are open to flexible working arrangements.
