As part of this next phase of the CRC Future Rural Africa CRC (2026-2029), the Energy Futures project is opening new positions for a doctoral or post-doctoral researcher. Specifically, we are looking for someone with a keen interest in the Anthropology of Energy with a focus on geothermal development in Kenya. Successful applicants will work at the Global South Studies Center (GSSC) at the University of Cologne.
