The conference was a great success. There were so many great and thought-provoking papers, discussions and conversations. We hope these will continue far beyond the conference. We are therefore currently in the process of preparing the conference presentations for publication. In order to reach a wide audience, we have decided to pursue two different special issues of peer-reviewed journals. More information will follow.
