We are thrilled to have two dynamic venues for our conference, both in Dundee, Scotland.
Day 1 (Sunday 8th June) will be held at the Dundee Contemporary Arts
This vibrant community venue will support our showings of artwork and installations, accompanied to artist talks. It will also support a session of film showings with talks/Q&A with the film-makers.
We will also have our opening reception here.
Days 2 & 3 (Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th June) will be held at the V&A
This striking contemporary space supports our academic paper sessions, panels, and participatory creative workshops.
Our conference dinner will also be held here
Some additional/optional workshops will be offered off-site, in outdoor spaces close to the main conference.
Virtual and Hybrid Participation
We are also pleased to fully support hybrid/virtual engagement using Vfairs software
Our aim is to provide a strong level of engagement to remote or further-afield delegates who cannot attend in person, or who wish not to travel for sustainability or other reasons.
We are partnering with the Vfairs software to provide a high-quality experience of virtual participation.
This will include digital access to all academic paper sessions, and to the keynote session, and plenary panel session.
Our unique range of art installations and films will also be available via an online gallery which can be accessed by all virtual attendees, and will be available for 3 months following the event.
We are working on making workshops available for our online audience, however at this stage we cannot guarantee that all workshops will be offered online
