Academics and researchers from across the University of St Andrews and partners are holding an industry collaboration event to showcase their expertise and facilities and explore potential collaborative opportunities with a wide range of businesses, from SME to multi-nationals to hear about their work in ‘Circular Economy’.
When: Tuesday 20th October 2026 10am-3pm
Where: University of St Andrews, Gateway Building.
The themes of the event are: Greener and decarbonising of chemical processes; Valorise and recycling of plastics and other chemical waste; Alternative routes to large and specialised chemical feedstocks; Sustainable agriculture and aqua-agriculture; Synthetic/ Engineering biology including enzyme catalysed reactions, fermentation and downstream purification processes, production of antibodies and biologics and modelling of biological processes.
